Granted, this is a list of centrist quotes that can be found elsewhere. Unlike most of the times I source quotes, I did not seek out the source where each was recorded nor the date of utterance.
As a person whose views tend to almost always come back to center (after weighing and synthesizing various matters), I wanted to capture these centrist presidential statements in one place.
Because Theodore Roosevelt is a "hero" to me, due to his balancing of labor with business, I led off with one of his quotes.
